Common questions
- The cutout treatments are greyed out — the on-device model is still downloading (first run, ~20s). They unlock automatically when it finishes.
- Where did my photo go? — nowhere. Processing is on-device; closing the tab removes everything. See privacy.
- Manage or cancel Pro — subscriptions are handled by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- Full-resolution covers — enter your email in the Cover Maker and the full-res download unlocks immediately.
